The house, right off Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington Center, is accessible to both the local community and greater Boston through the bus and the T system. Staff includes a house manager, live-in staff that alternate responsibilities, and part time weekend staff. The group of ten residents has a variety of disabilities and range in age from 20 – 48 years. Residents are generally very independent, working in the community, and comfortable being at home without staff for brief periods of time during the day.
Brookline, Mass: A unit is soon to be available in a long-established household. Great community, affordable price, very stable staffing. Could be a wonderful opportunity for an older person or a younger person who could benefit from having older mentors who “know the ropes” and who enjoy being helpful.

The time measured by the clock we all see,
as fleeting as fleeting can be,
shows we’re through for the summer,
not just for tonight.
