Specialized Housing manages fourteen programs in the Boston area and in Southern Maine. Each program has its own identity, but they have many features in common. For example: All are located in neighborhoods with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and other amenities; all have ample common space for community gathering; and all are regularly maintained for safety and comfort.

Program locations include:

  • Arlington Center in Arlington, MA

  • Coolidge Corner and Washington Square in Brookline, MA

  • Porter Square and Harvard Square in Cambridge, MA

  • Newton Highlands in Newton, MA

  • Knightville in South Portland, ME

We have carefully selected these neighborhoods for a combination of safety, accessibility, and community opportunities.

We currently have openings in several of our communities and would welcome the opportunity to introduce you to our supportive housing model!
